Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken cooked, cubed
  • 2 cups egg noodles cooked
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 2 cans cream of chicken & mushroom soup
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp canned green chilis
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 cup crispy onions
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine chicken, noodles, peas, soup, carrots, chees, tomato, onions, chilis, and spices.
  • Place ingredients in 13 x 9 baking dish. Add chicken stock.
  • Top casserole with panko and crispy onion. Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake casserole for 40 minutes until top is crispy brown.
