Great marinade for ribs!
12 ounce bottle of chili sauce
6 ounces of beer, (I used Core Leghound)
1/4 cup of barbeque sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 T of plum jelly
4 T of mustard
1 T of molasses
2 T of Worcestershire sauce
1 T of steak sauce
1 T of Ott’s dressing
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Heat all the ingredients on medium until simmering and sugar is completely dissolved. Pour half the sauce over the ribs and let marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
