Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon
Delicious, flavorful grilled salmon. Perfect for elevated salmon dish for outdoor summer grilling!

- 1 cedar plank
- 4 6 to 8 ounces fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1 scallion thinly sliced
Soak and prepare cedar planks according to instructions provided with the planks.
Bring grill temperature to around 375 degrees.
Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
Place 1 or 2 slices of lemon on top of each fillet. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
Grill one side of plank 1 to 2 minutes
Place salmon on top of planks cooking for 20 to 25 minutes. Carefully watching planks to ensure they do not catch on fire.
Serve salmon garnished with thinly sliced scallions.
