Vanilla Buttercream Icing
Perfect Buttercream Icing for cake decorating!

Ingredients

unsalted butter
room temperature

salt

vanilla

milk

powdered sugar
Instructions
Beat room temperature butter on medium low until creamed.
Add salt and mix. While mixing, add in vanilla and milk.
Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at time. Mixing after every addition. Ensure powdered sugar is thoroughly incorporated.
Once all powdered sugar is mixed, you are all set!
Notes
Yields approximately 16 ounces of icing.
If you need a little stiffer icing, you can add in powdered sugar for stiffer frosting.
